Ballymac Kim favourite for Owners´ Bonus Series - Heat 1
Ballymac Kim has been given pretty decent odds for winning the Owners´ Bonus Series - Heat 1 at Peterborough in England on Wednesday, May 16, 2012. The winner of the Grade A5 event will be awarded a cash prize of £60.
A total of six quality runners will be seen in action in the 420 metres flat race, which is scheduled to start at 20:26 GMT, and their names are as follows: Ballymac Kim, Duke Box Jura, Dreamscomeinblue, Mobile Rosie, Crickleowl Nelly and Swift Angie.
Out of the above mentioned hounds, Ballymac Kim appears to be in the best shape, thus the bookmakers have rated her highly. She is a consistent performer and has a solid chance of winning the race today, thus the punters will be encouraged to place a lot
of bets in her favour.
The J. Reid’s trainee has managed to won just once in her previous five appearances, but her overall performances have been pretty much impressive. She is fully aware of the conditions at Peterborough and will make things extremely difficult for her rivals
in the race.
In her most recent outing, the white and black b***h finished runner up by more than a couple of lengths. She was not rated favourite back then, but still did a decent job overall. However, she lacked the stamina to take the top spot in the end.
Ballymac Kim will have to give her best shot in order to finish at the front today. She is the daughter of Crash out of Ballymac Choice and was born in July 2009.
On the other hand, Duke Box Jura is also a good runner and has done a decent job over the past couple of events. He has got excellent speed, which will help him at the start of the race.
However, the M. Rice’s trainee will have to display some stamina as well in order to stay ahead of his opponents. He finished runner up in his previous race, which shows that he is carrying decent momentum right now.
The white and black dog will definitely challenge his main rivals for victory at Peterborough. He is the son of Ballymac Kewell out of Lady Hunting and was born in August 2010.
