Ballymac Wander likely to dominate Stadium Bookmakers Puppy Oaks - Heat 2
Ballymac Wander has the best chances of winning the Stadium Bookmakers Puppy Oaks - Heat 2 at Nottingham in England on Monday, June 4, 2012. A cash prize of £125 has been set for the winner of the Grade OR event.
Both the speed and stamina will be important today, as the overall distance to cover will be 480 metres. The flat race is scheduled to start at 20:52 GMT and following runners will be seen in action: Ballymac Wander, Ferndale Twirl, Fabulous Adele, Goa Leprechaun,
Ballymac Athens and Rooneys Miss.
All the puppies are quite inexperienced at this level, thus the competition is going to be a close one. However, Ballymac Wander seems to have the skills to outperform her rivals in the race, thus she has been given the best odds. The punters will also have
faith in her abilities and will be looking forward to risk the maximum number of bets on her.
The M. Dartnall’s trainee has participated in three Grade OR events and her performances in them have been very good. Other than that, she has always done well in trial runs, which proves that she is a quality runner.
Out of her three outings in this class, the black b***h has managed to win once, whereas secured the runner up and third place on the same number of times. This goes onto show that she is carrying a terrific momentum right now and will make life extremely
difficult for her opponents.
In her most recent run, Ballymac Wander finished runner up, despite being rated as the favourite to win. This performance may have taken away some momentum from her, but she is fully capable of bouncing back strongly.
The favourite b***h is the daughter of Royal Impact out of Ballymac Floss and was born in August 2010.
On the other hand, Ferndale Twirl might also manage to cause a few problems for her opponents, as her performances in trial events have been good. However, she will be making her debut in this class, so it will not be an easy task for her to take the top
spot straight away.
Therefore, Ballymac Wander might manage to dominate proceedings at Nottingham today, as no one appears to be in a position to match her.
