Balmi Blue likely to fire in RGOA Members Trophy Race at Romford
Balmi Blue knows Romford’s racing track very well and thus, he is expected to enthral in the RGOA Members Trophy Race, scheduled to take place on Wednesday, April 25, 2012.
The blue dog is not in good form these days. In all of his five appearances this month, he failed to display anything special. D. Mullins’ trainee made his last trip on April 21, when he ended up third on the chart.
Since he collided with his rivals twice on the track, it was almost impossible for him to maintain high speed all the way through.
As a result, he was surpassed by Rushmoor Topsie. Despite the fact that Duke Special’s son has not been performing decently over the past few weeks, his opponents should not take him lightly.
One can expect the dashing hound to bounce back and justify his highest starting price of 5 to 2. He will show his guts against five quality runners including Aero Venus, Newmac King, Stockers Lily, Dodd Squad Dog and Lynton
Choco.
According to the plan, the proceedings will be started at 22:30 GMT. The 575 metres Grade S1 heat holds a purse of £140, which is reserved for the triumphant hound.
Lynton Choco is in superb form these days. Out of the last five races, the black b***h secured the top place thrice. With such a wonderful track record under her belt, M. Wiley’s trainee is confident to produce another good
result.
Stockers Lily is another in-form hound. The white and black b***h defeated Rapid College by three and a half lengths to win a similar race earlier this month. Yet, the punters might feel hesitant in placing bets on her because
the b***h has a tradition of getting inconsistent.
Aero Venus needs an extra punch to end her bad patch. Similarly, Newmac King cannot afford to miss the kick tonight.
The stats show that Stockers Lily and Lynton Choco are in great shape at the moment. So, the pair would not let Balmi Blue grab the glory comfortably. We wish the best of luck to everyone.
