Baltimore Ravens’ linebacker Terrell Suggs believes team can improve game – NFL News
Baltimore Ravens’ linebacker Terrell Suggs said that he believed that the Ravens were capable of going into the playoffs season better than the last year's Super Bowl Champion Green Bay Packers.
He played down the impression that the current loss of the Ravens was loss of the world, and despite the fact, he said, that he was fed up with their 'Jekyll and Hyde' routine.
Ravens had beaten Pittsburgh Steelers a week earlier but were down against the Seattle Seahawks the week next, in the week 10 of the current regular season of the National Football League (NFL), the premier American football league.
Suggs commenting on the Ravens' embarrassing loss to Seahawks said he was fed up with their ups and down situation. He was of the view that if they performed consistently well, they could go into the playoffs season while being
in the position better than the current Super Bowl champion Packers.
"(W)ithout struggle, there's no progress," Suggs told The Baltimore Sun after the game. "We're going to move forward. We're 6-3. It's not the end of the world. I remember how the Super Bowl champs were 10-6. We're not going to
lose six games. We’re just going to learn from here and wherever the road, however it plans out, however we've got to go do it, we're going to have to go do."
Ravens will enter into week 11 of the NFL regular seasons facing Cincinnati Bengals. Their position in the American Football Conference (AFC) North division is 6-3, and if compared with the current Super Bowl champion, Green Bay
Packers, they were 10-6 at the start of 2010's post season.
The Ravens will have to record wins consistently to come true to the confidence of their linebacker; however, if they continue with the present form of their game, their position will be even worse.
Suggs comments came a day after Ravens coach John Harbaugh said that he was confident that they would be able to work through the difficulties. He too tried to not accept the blame of the loss on the team, saying it (the loss)
was down to the fundamentals of the game of football.
