Bam Margera & Ville Valo photography rivalry video?

There is this hilarious video of Bam and Ville getting their photos taken or something, and one photographer is photographing them while another watches. At one point Ville and the photographer are sharing cigarets and Bam says, "Oh man, now you two are sharing cigarets and the rival is getting jealous!"

It's hilarious, does anyone know where I can see the whole video? I've only seen a few parts in this video:

I have the same link as the other person, so I won't put it up...

If you wanted, this comes as a DVD, with other Bam and Ville stuff..however, I don't know the name of the DVD :(
