Ban in dubai still effective?

i would like to know if the law in dubai still give the employee ban or no more ban ? because i want to resign but i dont knw if they willgtuve me ban for 6 month or pay mony or no more ban in uae

Normal Employment Visa ban of 6 months is still here in UAE, it can be lifted by paying the required fee and if you are able to provide NOC, you may transfer your visa to new employer etc...

The ban related rumours are going on, but still there is no official clarifications came out from the Ministry of Labour (The employment ban is related to MOL only, and not Ministry of Interior)
