  1. banana, a couple of big spoon fulls of ice-cream, cup of milk and half a cup of ice cubes, in a blender, simple, also you could ad a desert spoon of honey.

  2. Hi there, I have a very great recipe for you, a very fruity and healthy one, it is my favourite banana smoothie :)))))))))

    4 ice cubes

1/4 fresh pineapple - peeled, cored and cubed

1 large banana, cut into chunks  (you may also freeze the banana before cutting

1 cup pineapple or apple juice

Place ice cubes, pineapple, banana, and pineapple juice into the bowl of a blender. Puree on high until smooth.

    :))))))))))))))

  3. you can make a basic banna smothis just bannas milk  sugar and ice if you want to make it a protein shake and put protein powder the ingredients amount is as much as you desire

  4. sure! It's really simple but SOOO good. It's my grandmothers recipe.

    1 banana, peeled and frozen

1 cup milk (any fat level is fine, but I recomind not the skim, though you could use it)

    1 pinch nutmeg

put all in a blender and blend until thick and smooth.

  5. without yogurt? or without diary products period? you could always mix and match- like take a banana and throw in a handful of strawberries and then some juice (like 1/3 cup)... or you could do a banana, a mango, and strawberries (at this local smoothie place- and it tastes great)... as for the juice, you should consider something that wont be overpowering... also throw in some ice (1/3-1/2 cup?)

sounds delicious.... i think im going to make some...

  6. just blend up the stuff you want in the smoothie and forget the yogurt, it may be a little bit more like an ice crush.
