How is the banana advertised? (e.g Tv, radio, newspaper, magazines, billboards, in-store etc.) What is the current retail price for a banana?

Does different types of bananas come in different prices?

59 cents a pound.  

Plantains are different bananas but over $1 a pound.

Mostly tv ads and the Sunday and Wednesday newspaper inserts. /
