Banco de Oro ATM Cards in USA?

I know Banco de Oro ATM cards are accepted worldwide. My Question is what are the banks affiliated with Banco de Oro where I can withdraw money. My father in the Philippines and me are joining an account. He'll give me allowance every month. I just want to ask what banks that accept Banco de Oro ATM Cards?

If you check on the back of the card there will be logos of ATM co-op companies like STAR and Pulse. If you have one of those logos on your ATM card, you are good to go at almost any bank.

You can also open up an American account at an institution such at E*Trade. They have no fees to transfer money and no ATM fees. Very handy.
