Band Practise Rooms In Doncaster?

Hi, were looking for a good size room to practise, that's available 3 days a week, with a decent stage.

anywhere in doncaster, but preferably near Askern, Bentley Etc

We're already checking out The Burghwallis but any other suggestions is appreciated. Thanks
