Band party suggestions?

and we're used to playing older covers (kinks, van morrison, america) but we were asked to play at a girls 15th birthday party. so we wanna play some more recent songs. we have about 5 originals that we could play, but we are looking for some to play from like the 2000's... any suggestions???? btw, we are 14 and 15

If i was you I wouldnt play all of those originals for your age group.Maybe play 2 originals tops. Younger teens have a tendancy to not care about originals as much as covers. If this chick's into rock and stuff, play some 3 days grace, Green Day, My Chemical Romance, those types of bands.  It may hurt you to play that type of music, but it'll probably get the crowd going.

Jonas Brothers, Boys Like girls, good Charlotte, if you want to play songs with really easy riffs, Sum 41 and Blink 182, and most of the girls will know those songs. Go to itunes and look for popular songs from these bands and others in that genre

Hmm??? Bowling for soup is a band from like 2000/2001 you should check out some of their song's see if you like them and there is this other band from 2000 called jet check them out also.
