National Stadium in Mirpur, today on November 14 – the team then proceeded to follow it up with an incisive bowling attack, reducing the Tigers to 164 for 3 by stumps on day two.
The first of a two-match Test series, the game began on November 13, with the Windies winning the toss and electing to bat first. The visitors from the Caribbean were rattled early on during the innings by debutant Sohag Gazi (47-7-145-3), who dislodged

The second day saw both batsmen sticking it out for a mammoth unbeaten 296-run stand, with Chanderpaul scoring his second Test double-century (203*), while Ramdin also made his way up to triple figures (126*). With the Bangladeshi bowlers powerless to resist,
both batsmen got the West Indies up to a formidable first innings total of 527 for 4, after which they declared.
Most of the Tigers’ innings on day 2 was led by Tamim Iqbal, who scored a quick-fire 72 off 71, including 2 sixes and 10 fours, at a pace generally considered uncharacteristic of a Test innings. Fellow opener http://www.senore.com/Cricket/Junaid-Siddique-c1749 (7) remained lacklustre, and
