Faced with the pressure of a series decider, Bangladesh won the toss and skipper Mushfiqur Rahim elected to field first in the final ODI of their ongoing 5-match series against the West Indies, currently being played at the Shere Bangla National Stadium
in Mirpur, today on December 8.
After having lost the Test leg of the tour, 0-2, the Tigers bounced back impressively during the earlier part of the ODI series and won the first two matches at Khulna by a significant margin. After having triumphed in the first one by 7 wickets, the home
team went on to secure a spectacular 160-run victory in the second match, courtesy a massive 120 from Anamul Haque, followed by 3-wicket hauls from youngster Sohag Gazi and veteran Abdur Razzak.
