Ok. I'm Lookin For A Bank That Is All Around America, And Wouldn't Be Had To Put Or Take Out Money Anywhere Even OutSide The US. Oh And The Accont Will Be Owned By A Minor. So One That Would Be The Best And Easy Way.

Well Bank of America is pretty much everywhere. And if you live in CA I am sure you see them all over the place.
