Bank Account Teen help?

Ok so i have a bank account...I Have the number...My name and my moms name are both on the account...Im 14...If my dad who is divorced to her took me can i get money from the account?And if it helps on every statement it prints out it says my name first her name second...Its a wamu bank...We are In florida...

It depends on the way the account was opened, some accounts are opened so that you have to have both signatures to remove money. Other accounts you could do it on your own. The only for sure way to know is to call the bank and ask. Good Luck.
