Bank Of America Debit Cards & Gas Stations?

I recently got a BOA account. I used Wachovia prior and never had the gas stations charge my debit card a 'surcharge' that I have been hearing about all over the news. Does BOA have this 'surcharge' when you use their debit card at gas stations?

Maybe the gas station is charging a surcharge.

All banks charge a fee to the sellers.
