Bank Payment System in Africa?

Question

Could you give me suggestions about the bank payment system in Africa? I have ever done a business with African Company, they order goods in a huge quantities without asking samples. They did a payment through T/T to my bank account but here I found something strange. I should pay the bank processing charged USD 750.00 to one's account through Western Union within 24 hours then I will be able to get the money they transferred. Do you think this is a common system of African Bank in telegraphic transfer? This is my first experience, so please give me your best suggestion. Thank you

Er donnt really know m8 but i keep getting e-mails promising me  loads of cash from women in africa !!! dont give out ur name nubur nothing unless u know the company check em out on the web if there arnt there u must be able to buy the projuct somplace else ok  dont get scamed it SO sounds like a SCAM mate sorry

pls donot send any money to an individuals account at the expense of not paying necessary bank transaction charges. it is not a clean business. becarefull
