I have these forms i need to fill out when my card was fraudulently used, Barclays bank if that matters. Anyway, I filled out the form correctly with the woman on the phone as their form only stated transactions that were not fraud, I filled in the form only to find they sent me another newer form about 10 days later that was slightly different & more detailed with asking about internet transactions. At the time i only had an internet transaction on may 26 & fraud started june 1, so if it was that why would someone wait a few days to start using my card. I explained this all on the phone & they said it probably wasnt that- secure site well known high street national company, etc. Anyway, I had the forst form all set to be sent off. Can i just send that or does the new form need to be filled out instead?I asked the guy at the bank & he was nonchalent about it and said "just send something in" tho he was normal service bank guy not specialist. The other thing is the form says to send...

  1. Fill them BOTH out and send them BOTH in .. let the morons at the Bank sort it out

You can be 100% sure that if you fill in / send only one, some idiot at the Bank will say you sent the 'wrong' one .. and whilst waiting for you to complete another form, some other idiot will loose the first one ...

Yes, it's a risk that sending both in will confuse them, HOWEVER they will be able to sort it out internally without wasting more time getting you to fill in more forms ..
