Bank of America Customer Service Representative?

OK so here is the situation... I applied at Bank of America as a Customer Service Rep. and i already did the assessment test with callers and stuff. And i was recommended to go along with the phone interview. The lady called and i think it went pretty good. She said that since she is interviewing a lot of people she will e-mail everyone on Monday about the next steps. Ok is it a good sign if she said she would e-mail cause usually when they e-mail you it’s to say "thank you for applying however..." i just dont want to get my hopes up.

And my sister applied in May and got the job but she said they did the phone interview first and was recommended to do everything i did and she never was told she would get an e-mail.

you should ask somebody there.  Point out the discrepancy between what you were told and what your sister was told and see if they can explain why you were told something different from her.
