  1. If it the transaction is still "prosessing" then the funds have not actually been taken yet and if they don't collect the funds they will be released back to your account. If they have already posted then you should file a dispute with your bank. They will require records from the company. When they prove they took too much money out then you will get a refund of all your money and any fees if you get any. If you incure fees because of the processing transactions then you can also ask your bank for a merchant error refund after the funds have been released back to your account.

  2. Go to the bank and tell the bank you did not authorize those withdraws and they can help you.

  3. You'll need to get help from your bank. They should be able to give you transaction information that you can then go to MBNA and request they put the money back in.

  4. Did it actually "clear" or is it still in the "pending" section of your bank records?  If it is in the "pending" area, watch for a "hold" to be placed on the extra charges and either they will just "disappear" or it will show a credit in a couple of days.

  5. Go see your bank.

  6. Three possibilities....

1  -  The transaction is still in process, then you will get the money back , this should not  have happened .......

2  -  You may have clicked twice so you will have to ask for the money back from MBNA.  They will know since the transactions happned one after the other for the same amount..

3  -  MBNA havea judgement against you and you dont know about it ,  this will happen only if you owe them money ......    usually they serve the summon first and getthe judgement    ....      remember MBNA and BOA is one company now.......

    Good Luck
