Since the 28th of last month I have not been able to pay my credit card online. I am asked to enter a new account, routing number ect. I called customer service Friday and after a few minutes the rep said service was down and was being worked on. He did not seem to know what was going on or how to handle the call. We went to another site and that was down also.Has anybody had the same problem? I would have thought that this would be in the news or something.Thanks for your help!
