They took money(4 digits) from my personal account to make a payment on my BUSINESS account. By doing that my account was overdrawn and the wouldn't refund the overdraft fees that THEY caused.

  1. I used to have problems with them whenever I deposited checks through the ATM machine. The checks went to somebody else's account. My last account number is 7, and my deposits went to the the similar account number that last digit is 2. Well, I had to waste my time to give them a call. It never happens anymore since they install a new ATM system with check scanning feature. The other problem was asking them to mail me the copy of checks. Asked them to mail them to me, but I received none. Then I asked them to fax them to me, and I received none. Yesterday I called again, and there was nothing in my fax machine from them. For sure my fax runs well and I got faxes as well as send faxes to other people without any problems.

  2. I agree, I had their card since it was MBNA (since 1993) they increased my interest from 10.99% to 25.99% and I had a large balance. I called and they gave me this bunch of c**p, so I told them I wanted the account closed and I paid them off from another account with decent interest.

    THEY SUCK BIG TIME!!!.

  3. I'm a veteran of the banking industry and I had customers all the time tell me horror stories about Bank of America. From what I can gather they must really nickle and dime you.

  4. my wife and i had the same problem with them. they would pull our money out for no reason and it would show back up a few days later. we don't deal with them at all anymore.
