As far as I know, there are NONE in the Bay Area that offer live teller services on Sundays.

ATMs, of course, are the exception.  These should ALL be operating, seven days a week, 24 hours a day, unless they are broken.

In Oregon all the banks of america are closed on Sundays.  

I think that some grocery stores that have banks  those banks in the stores are open a few hours on Sunday
