  1. you go into your local bank, and talk to one of the assistants at the help desks, they will be able to check the in and out goings and see if there area any discerepencys, or unauthorised transactions, or fraudulant transactions.

take your bank paying in book/card/statement and your passport.

  2. dont your bank do bank statements?

  3. Make a formal complaint if necessary

And if your bank does online banking sign up. I joined my banks online service and its SOOOO much easier to keep track of my accounts and transactions

  4. Go in to your local branch and complain, dont leave until you get the answer you want and if they wont help you then I suggest you tell them you want to withdraw all your money and close your account...... You have to be harsh with banks because they try and walk all over you and tell you that basically you have no right but trust me you do......... If they made the mistake they have no right to take the money back especially with NO proof....... Go in and get them to look through all your payments and if nothing shows except them removing the money then I would say to them it is basically stealing and you will take the matter higher if they dont assist you in retrieving YOUR money........... You just have to take a deep breath and be brave and tell them how it is........ Please dont stress, just get it sorted and it will be fine dont worry Ive had trouble with my bank in the past and its always been sorted in the end xx
