Bankroll for NL5?

Question

How big of a bankroll should I have for NL5. 15buyins right? So if I buy in for 10$...ill need 150$?

But NL10 is a 150$ to? since the max buyin is 10$ aswell..

Im a bit confused, i'd really appreciate it if someone cleared this up for me, thanks.

NL5 is 0.05BB, Guest8278.  $500 buy-in anf bankroll of $10,000, would be for NL500.

OP - 20 buy-in's is better.  NL5 is a strange level, as may buy-in is $10.  I'd buy-in for max ($10) with a bankroll of $200.  Grind up to $300 before stepping up to NL10, or alternatively, buy-in for $10 with you $200 immediately at NL10.

Just depends if you want to start at NL5, or NL10.  Not much difference in skill level, but depends on your confidence.
