Bankruptcy and judgement?

i filed chapter 7 in 2004 and it was discharged, i had two judgments against me that were in the bankruptcy. They still show up on my credit report, how long will they stay on my record, i thought with the chapter 7 they would be gone!

  1. Judgements usually stay on your credit report for 7 years.  Bankruptcy will stay on for 10 years from the date your bankruptcy was discharged (not from when you just filed).
