Banks in Tulsa?

Question

I currently use Bank of Oklahoma (BOK), which employs dubious practises. I want to close my account with BOK and go to a new bank. Are there any banks in Tulsa that are honest and reachable? I have tried for the past 2 and a half weeks to contact BOK, but their HQ phone is never answered and calling a local branch is useless because it always redirects to the HQ phone.
