  1. I don't think you'll find a legitimate bank that doesn't do credit checks.

Anytime you see any financial institution advertising no credit check, they are going to tie up your loan with collateral and charge you an exorbitant interest rate.

You'll be better off repairing your credit and I would suggest free credit counseling which is usually available to the public.  There is no charge for this.

Then, as you increase your FICO credit score, you will qualify for a loan at a resaonable rate.

  2. If you cannot pay for it in cash.  Then you don't need it.

Banks have convinced Americans to be the new slave culture.

The only companies that do not run credit checks are pawn shops.  Even payday loans verify your income.  You need to be realistic.

If you have not been paying your previous creditor why would someone else take the risk?

  3. As someone else said I don't think you'll find any legitimate or reputable bank that doesn't do credit checks .....on the brighter side unless you're applying for credit (loan, credit card)---- your credit is only used to verify identity.....having bad credit will most likely NOT get you turned down for a checking or savings account with the exception of a credit unions --- credit unions usually will not open a checking account to someone with bad credit....

    Good Luck

  4. try woodforest bank which is located in Wal Mats everywhere

  5. Well credit checks are not mandatory for all accounts. They simply use the profile or your credit worthiness to determine your access to funds.

If you want a regular savings account, you can refuse a credit check, which means that any non-cash money that you deposit is held for 5-10 business days (ie cheques)
