Banner Question?

I live in the UK and am trying to source a Happy Anniversary banner for a week on Saturday. I dont want one of the foil normal ones, I'd like a really classy one, printed on card maybe? I've looked on the net and tried the local party/card shops.

Does anyone have any ideas?

instead of party/card shops try office/print shops . In USA we have kinkco's I don't know if they operate in UK.
