Banner code is showing in textarea. How can I separate the two codes. Caution: Adult Content

Site is NOT graphic. Just ladies in lingerie but I thought I should warn you. Anyways, does anyone know anyway to end that. I would like to keep my transparent textarea and strollbar. But I can't keep that text about the bottom of the text. Location: Stroll in textarea @ homepage to see additional text. Any help appreciated. Thanks!!! http://www.ladiesoforleans.com

To insert code inside a textarea box, it must be deactivated as HTML code by using the character entity for '<'.  So use this:

& lt; without the space for every open tag in your code.

& lt; (without space) = <
