Banquet Halls... :D HELP cost.?

Question

I'm planning my sweet 16 and on the websites it doesnt say how much it would cost.. and i dont want to go down to the place unless im narrowing it down to a few places. but the cost is was will make me narrow it down. n e way my question is how much do you think a banquet hall will cost if decorations, food, and cake will cost?? and for about renting it out for 4-6 hours?? btw my theme is moulin rouge! :D
