Bansha Mo, 2 to 5 betting favourite, clinches victory in 480m Grade OR at Sheffield on Jan 10

In an electrifying Grade Open Race of ‘THE OWLERTON BOOKMAKERS LADIES 480’, Bansha Mo, secured first position at Sheffield on Tuesday, January 10, 2012.
It was a 480 metre long heat, and the cash prize for the winner was £200. Ahead of the contest, every single b***h was determined to out finish the other, but victory was eventually sealed by the daughter of Scarty Lad out of Glory Days.
However, it was not a surprise win for the black female hound, which had the starting price of 2 to 5 – the highest by any contestant in the competition. After beginning the run from trap number one, she covered the distance in 28.70 seconds.
The champion hound was chased by, Droopys Peaches, who reached the winning post in 28.90 seconds. The baby of Droopys Kewell out of Droopys Geneva, started off the act from the third stall, and her odds were 6 to 1.
With a slight deficiency of 0.06 second, Ballymac Mead, picked up the third place in the standings. The daughter of Westmead Diver out of Ballymac Freddie was enjoying the odds of 5 to 2, when she commenced the action from the fourth stand. She covered
the distance in  28.96 seconds, the b***h finished third in the list. The trainer, E T Parker was a happy man after the race, as his trainee b*****s sealed two of the top-3 places.
Eleanoras Falcon, the daughter of Westmead Hawk out of Keg Of Powder, ended up fourth in the rankings. She was sent off with the chances of 10 to 1, and crossed the wire in 29.20 seconds.
The final two positions were clinched by Sanderling and Dunham Dancer, respectively. K J Ferguson’s trained b***h, who seized fifth position, with the  starting price of 10 to 1, and touched the final point in 29.24 seconds.
She was pursued by Dunham Dancer – the least favourite b***h, with the odds of 33 to 1. The daughter of Black Shaw out of Clash Minnie, made it to the post in 29.74 seconds after stepping out of the sixth stall.
Out of her five outings overall, it was Bansha Mo’s fourth victory. And with such a terrific track record, the b***h has established herself as one of the strongest competitor at Sheffield.
