  1. Actually, Barangay is not the lowest form of government. In fact, there are such persons who lead a certain Purok in a Barangay called the Purok Leader.

    Barangay affects the status of the National Government for everything starts in a barangay. The people are leaving in a barangay.

    So it means, "No Barangay, No National Government".

    Then, how could a partnership occur when Barangay do not exceed ?
