St. Kitts. I have plans to go this summer and from what I hear its beautiful and not bombarded with tourists like other places. Barbados is nice but too overdeveloped for my taste and a little conservative compared to some places.

I have been to all three islands. The answer is, it depends on what you like to do the most.

Barbados is the most commercial and active of the three. It is moderately  lush if you like nice landscapes, hiking and the like. (Most of the islands range from arid to lush.) We went swimming with sea turtles, which was a great experience. Highly recommended. Snorkeling was pretty good.

Antigua claims it has 365 beaches, one for each day of the year. Great place to go if you like sunning. Plenty of the beaches are quiet and secluded. We went to one with few people but nice views and sand. Shopping was pretty good.

St. Kitts has an arid landscape and it is not known for nature activities. It also has fairly low tourism, so it's a quiet place to go and relax if that's what you want. It has a few interesting things to do such as a train tour around the impressive volcano that dominates the island. Water sports are plentiful like most islands. Snorkeling is OK.

Barbados without a doubt.

It's that one place that has me keep coming back to.

It has a lot to offer, to see - Bridgetown, its capital, is known for duty-free shopping ranging from shoes to jewellery to alcohol. It also has a beautiful waterfront.

If you plan on not renting the vehicle, transportation is $1.50 BDS each way on yellow mini bus, route taxis and big blue transport buses. You can also get around the island in a day by a rented vehicle or a tour bus.

Taxis go by flat rates, not meter.

It also has low crime rate.
