Barbados facts??

does anybody have any interresting facts on barbados? i need then for a project, and the web isnt really helping.

It is the most populated island in the Caribbean.

Unlike Jamaicans they don't leave home.

I had to answer this because Barbados is NOT the most populated island in the Caribbean - Jamaica has a much higher pop than Barbados - it is perhaps one of the most densely populated islands but that is a different fact altogether!

Barbados has the only remaining working windmill in the english speaking caribbean and its the only country in caribbean which offers free education up to teritary.

Health care is also free.
