Barbecue nachos? Good idea or not?

Question

Have you had it before? Was it good or not?

I had Kalua Pork BBQ Nachos at the Grand Wailea in Hawaii a few years ago.  They were so good I still think about them sometimes.  I would definitely give it a shot, try using some smoky chopped pork.  Yum!

I've had it at a restaurant and its awesome! They cook pieces of chicken in a bbq sauce and then poor it over the nachos. YUM!

I understand your hesitancy!  LOL

I can see chopped chicken or brisket (moistened w/ some BBQ sauce stirred into it) sprinkled over corn chips s w/ cheese, jalapenos, sour cream, green onions, black olives, the usual suspects.  What I CANNOT see is BBQ sauce poured over corn chips as a topping!  Egads!

i would make it ..looks good to me..only if you like barbecue sauce..
