I've got a recipe that calls for dried barberries. What are they and where can I buy them in England?

    Dried barberries is  also known as zereshk.

    Used in Middle Eastern recipes, so suggest a middle eastern grocer/ spice shop.

    Apparantly the flavour is a like a tangy lemon currant.

    Or buy  the berries online.
