The Spaniard has emphasized that the board at the Catalan capital is satisfied with the way things are going and that they have their complete faith in the current head coach.
http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Barcelona-c38604’s Director of football, Andoni Zubizarreta, has taken out his time to insist that the team is doing extremely well under the management of Tito Vilnanova. He added that the current team is performing in an ideal manner and can hope for great success
in the future.
Zubizarreta went on to claim that he is confident that Barca have the ability to win the silverware during the current season’s campaign under Vilanova. He strongly opined that La Blaugrana are in good hands and that there are no reasons to worry.
The Catalan giants have made the best ever start to their Spanish La Liga campaign this term. The current FIFA Club World Cup champions are yet to be defeated in the league and have managed to win all of their matches except a draw against their fierce rivals,
Real Madrid.
Their current start to the season has been better than the days of Pep Guardiola and even though the former manager led the side to 6 trophies in his first season, even he could not give such a start to the team during his four years at the Nou Camp.
Hence, Zubizarreta has chosen to side Vilanova and has maintained that he can inspire the team to great success in this season and the ones to follow.
While talking to reporters, the retired goal keeper was quoted as saying:
"We’re in good hands. When I see him working in his space, I feel that we are in good hands. Tito has the same philosophy, he is Pep’s heir. It was worth continuing with this unfinished idea of football, to make use of some winning players, and to stay faithful
to the style that has made such a wonderful example of our club.”
"I don’t judge him on his results. Tito’s strength for me is the way he has developed and the way he makes decision in difficult situations."
Barcelona have also qualified to the last 16 of the Champions League as winners from their group.
