Not that Barcelona do not have star packed lineup with the likes of Lionel Messi already in the camp, the latest rumors are liking Fernando Torres. Barcelona are working their options and planning their targets for the next year and reports are emerging for a move for Liverpool stud Fernando Torres.
Fernando Torres future at Anfield looks uncertain, Rafael Benitez has been seen departing the club on Thursday following a forgetful year with the Reds. This has to be one of the worst seasons for the reds with a seventh place finish in the Premier League.
Barcelona was interested in Torres last year also but nothing materialized but this time around the former Atletico Madrid star is high on the Catalan club's radar and transfer is likely to take place.
Barcelona will be battling it out with Chelsea who are also interested and are willing to pay the required price.
News daily Sport claims that, since Barcelona already spent £32m on signing David Villa from Valencia, Barcelona's move for Torres would need Ibrahimovic approval and the price tag is not going to be less than 40 million pounds.
