Barcelona defender, Carles Puyol, has expressed his delight on winning the third consecutive La Liga title. He stated that he was pleased with the win and now wants to focus on the UEFA Champions League final at Wembley on May 28.

“I have to stay calm, but I'm obviously very pleased with this title. It's a bit strange as I didn't play and was forced to watch from the stands. Nevertheless, I'm delighted that we've won La Liga again,” he was quoted as saying in an interview.
The Spaniard revealed that it was not easy this time around with the Real Madrid taking the title down to the wire. The defender insisted that the main focus would now be to prepare for Europe’s elite club competition and a win at Wembley Stadium would surely
be a huge achievement.
