Barcelona looking to make new and improved bid for http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Arsenal-c38429 captain Cesc Fabregas
Arsenal captain and Spanish World Cup winner, Cesc Fabregas has been linked with a move to Barcelona for the last three seasons. However, over the course of those three seasons, there have been countless stories, rumours and links between the club and the
player. As a result, the case is no different this time around.
Barcelona went on to make an offer for Fabregas last week, but were once again shut out by Arsenal, who seem to be in no http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Real-c30728 mood to do business with the Catalans.
However, it now seems like the Spanish club are looking to make another improved offer for Fabregas and hope that Arsenal might see otherwise this time around.
The team were reported to have a bid worth thirty million Euros, rejected by the Gunners, mainly because it didn’t match the Gunners valuation of the player. The North London club are valuing their http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Captain-c8314 at forty five million pounds and are refusing to
hear offers worth anything below that.
The price that Arsenal have quoted for the player has been ruled out by Barcelona, who claim that considering how frequently Fabregas has been injured this past season.
Despite being well aware of that fact, the team is looking to try and get Fabregas to push for a move. The midfielder has already gone on to admit that he would one day like to return to Barcelona and as a result, he needs to realize that should he keep
beating around the bush, he is going to be far too old to return to the Camp Nou.
According to most experts, if Fabregas doesn’t make the switch to http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Barcelona-c38604 this term, the chances of him ever making the switch are going to significantly die down. The club is bound to end up losing interest in the player and his constantly injured hamstrings,
aren’t going to be able to keep up with the pressure of taking his game to a new league.
At the same time, Arsenal are reported to be looking to make a move for Argentinean midfielder, Ricky Alvarez, who also happens to be a central/attacking midfielder, which just so happens to be the same position that Fabregas plays at, at the Emirates. This
interest shown by the Gunners can be traced to them potentially coming to terms with the fact that Fabregas might just be on his way out.
Nonetheless, what can be said assuredly is that the Gunners are not going to be listening to any offers for the player, that are significantly below their asking price.
