Barcelona full-back and Brazilian international, Daniel Alves has gone on to urge Arsenal http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Captain-c8314 Cesc Fabregas to quit the Emirates and make his way to the Camp Nou, this summer.
Fabregas has been linked with a move back to the Catalans, the club where he used to play as a youth player and Alves feels that Fabregas should seize the opportunity and push for a move back.
In a recent interview, Alves was quoted to have said: "I understand that he doesn't want to leave http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Arsenal-c38429 on bad terms but I can understand why he would force a move to Barca.”
He added: “Players always end up playing where they want to play and a club shouldn't keep an unhappy player."
Alves used to run the show for Sevilla, prior to his move to http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Barcelona-c38604 in 2008. As a result, the defender seemed to feel that he could relate to Fabregas, as he then went on to add:  "I forced my exit from Sevilla; I saw the train passing by and I wanted
to be in business class”
Fabregas, has been one of the pivotal figures in the Arsenal locker room for nearly five seasons now. The midfielder has been running the show for the Gunners, but at the same time he has almost always gone on to express his desire to someday return to http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Spain-c3011.
Nonetheless, at the same time Fabregas has stated that he has no intention of leaving the Gunners on bad terms and would only like to do so, when there is a mutual acceptance to his departure.
Barcelona have already seen an initial bid worth around twenty seven million get turned down for the midfielder and are now looking to make a new and improved offer for him.
Arsenal are currently standing strong on their evaluation of the player, which is around forty five million pounds.
Despite Barcelona desperately wanting to sign Fabregas, they have kind of refused to pay Arsenal’s asking price for the midfielder. However, that doesn’t mean that all hope is lost just yet.
If Arsenal play the smart card, they could settle for a fee around the region of thirty to thirty five million pounds and at the same time, they could ask for one or two youth players.
The Gunners have already shown an interest in a number of the Barcelona youth talents and this could potentially be their opportunity to landing them.
It is now a wait to see how Arsenal and Barcelona decide to wrap up this transfer saga.
