"It is very hard for a coach to leave a club on good terms," Mascherano said while talking to ARA. "Either they are sacked, or they do not have their contracts renewed.”

Mascherano claimed that the outgoing Catalan coach is different from his past trainers in his approach to the game.
He stated that he had a very different footballing philosophy before coming to the Camp Nou and believes that he now has new principles regarding the game, something which has been influenced by Pep.
