Barcelona’s Wish List for January Transfers – Part 2
Though the move seems almost impossible this January as Manchester United do not look willing to let their star player go as he is a vital part of their team. His leave could make them suffer in both the English Premier League as well as Champions League.
Yann M'Vila (Stade Rennais):
Yann M’Villa is a twenty year old French player who currently plays for Rennes. He is predicted to make a move to Barcelona this January with a price tag of around twenty million Euros.
He started his youth career with Saint Fussien in 1996 when he was only six years old and after moving through another three youth academies, he made it to Rennes youth academy in 2004. After another five years, he made it into their first team in 2009.
Since then, this player has made forty five appearances in the French league playing as a defensive midfielder.
He has also been a part of French national teams since 2006 when he joined the under sixteen squad and made his way up from there. This footballer climbed the ladder through the under seventeen, eighteen, nineteen, twenty and even the twenty one teams to
finally make it into the French national first team squad in 2010.
Yann M’Villa has become one of the hottest things to have in your club these days. This youngster comes on top of the January shopping list for numerous clubs; he has proven his worth while playing for both his country and club.
He is six feet tall and a strong player on the field. That is exactly what is required from a defensive player. This youngster has a reputation to improve with every game he plays and has become adapted to make a precise wall in front of the attackers.
Rennes have given him two new contracts after his initial first one in 2004 and is called the jewel of the club. His club is holding its place at the top of the French Ligue 1 and a lot of credit goes to M’Villa as he almost never lets the opposing team
score.
This Frenchman is a smart player on the field who knows how to read a game and is even capable of initiating numerous attacks in a game.  He made his debut for Rennes in September of 2009.
He is called a tactician and is good at controlling the ball to his favour. He is a typical footballer as he is only twenty years old and is already married with two children. He is considered to be one of the forerunners of the new French footballing generation
and it is expected that he will work wonders for the French national team in the future.
The fact of the matter is that the Catalan Giants are always looking for talented youngsters to add to their squad and this Frenchman is definitely one of them. His qualities and intelligence speaks highly of him and make the fans think that he will quickly
adapt to the Camp Nou environment and work wonders for the team from the start.
Still, talks against him stand that Barcelona has signed Javier Mascherano for the defensive position and the other defender that takes the first team spot is Sergio Busquets which is a known Guardiola favourite.
