Barclay card fraud Is there any time limit regarding filling dispute form?

I have barclaycard. 22 July I noticed two fraud translation in my card in a supermarket petrol pump outside London.So I inform them .They cancel the card and issue new card. But I have not received claim form . Is there any time limit regarding filling dispute form? I asked them twice to send a claim form. So that I can fill the form.

You need to write to them with your claim with all the details and ask that they send the appropriate form by return. Be sure to date the letter. Send it recorded delivery and keep a copy.

Then if there is a limitation on you claiming you can refer to your letter and the recorded delivery notice etc.

If they were willing to re-issue you a new card without incident then I don't know that you even need a claim form.

theoretically there is, in practice there isnt. they just process it when they receive it. call and ask again. ask to speak to an account person not just the random customer service chump that answers the phone. officially its 10-14 days from when you received the form. even if its over they say send it in anyway.
