Barclays Premier League clubs review - Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspurs
ARSENAL
Latest News:
It has been confirmed by Arsenal manager, Arsene Wenger, that his veteran goalkeeper and number one shirt holder, Manuel Almunia, has a small chance of leaving the Gunners in January transfer window.
The Spaniard’s last game in Arsenal colours was 3-2 home defeat against West Bromwich Albion back in late September.

up till the end of January.
Turkish giants, Galatasaray and Spanish La Liga sides Malaga and Atletico Madrid are reported to have shown interest in signing the 33-year-old keeper of Arsenal. But, Arsenal manager claims that nobody has approached them as yet and it seems unlikely Almunia
will leave this month.
Arsene Wenger said: "There is a small chance. Yes, I have had a chat with him, but nothing is decided. We are in no-man's land at the moment on that front."
In Almunia’s absence, his deputy http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Lukasz-Fabianski-c22910 has impressed a lot between the sticks for the Gunners and now it seems like Fabianski is Arsene Wenger’s first choice keeper.

are battling away for the top four places and it's there for someone to do it.”
He continued: “United are the favourites but you wouldn't write http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Chelsea-c38786 off, you wouldn't write City off and you wouldn't write Arsenal off. You wouldn't write Tottenham off at the moment either. We're in amongst them and to be up there having won our group
in the Champions League, with AC Milan also coming up, it's an exciting second half of the season and it's great for the fans to have plenty to look forward to."
