Bare minerals allergy?

i just recently bought a bare minerals kit since i heard great things about bare minerals makeup. but i was just wondering, how would i know if im allergic to bare minerals makeup? any symptoms or sign?

i tried it, and it gave me rashes after 2 days.
it's super dry and feels like it is sucking the moisture out of my skin.
i feel it will work better with ppl wiht oily skin, as the dry mineral will "blend" with the natural oil from ur face.
it is also super itchy. i returned it after one week of use.
i almost feel like my face needs to be wet in order to get the right result.
