i wanted to try bare minerals and i'm ordering it from sephora...does it matter which kabuki brush i buy? the actual bare minerals brush costs MORE than the bare minerals itself!! the sephora brand brush is less expensive or i was even thinking about just buying one at like target haha

so can i buy any kabuki or do you think i should stick with the expensive brush?

  1. I saw tis week a seller on ebay selling a kit of fresh minerals with BRUSH for only $25.00 a ($120) value kit.

I used bare minerals for years until I discovered this brand it is as good and chepear. The brush is excellent! Look on ebay!

  2. you should get the starter kit instead of buying everything separately (:

  3. I bought a starter set ( $80) from bare minerals web site and it included all the brushes, which I really liked it. However the brushes' hair keeps falling out whenever I use them. I end up with several strands of hair on my face every time I use them. And I do take good care of them. When you buy brushes, make sure they are made from real hair. Unless you are going to use the brush with liquid makeup, then you need a nylon brush. Otherwise real hair will soak up the liquid and become brittle.

  4. Get the starter kit at Target because everything is included.

A co-worker told me she used a different brush and the makeup didn't go on as advertised, so you actually have to use that brush... That kit even has a DVD that shows you how to apply it!

  5. I haven't tried the sephora one but I looove my bare minerals full size kabuki. Sephora products are supposed to really good, I have an eyeshadow brush made by them and it's really good.
