Barebone kit help???

Question

Ok, first time building a comp, so I wanna try a barebone kit and I picked out some really good looking ones from newegg and tigerdirect.

Can any1 tell me what parts are missing from the barebone kits and if they are really worth the money and if they are a good gaming comp
