Barely extracts anything from Francis Francis X1 -...

Question

My FF X1 is only 1 year old and just recently it's stopped working. The espresso does not flow out like it used to...drips out maybe 1 tsp at most. I de-scaled, no change. Prior I was using Black Cat espresso grind, and switched to Starbucks espresso grind. The starbucks worked normal for a handful of cups, so I'm thinking that the espresso type is not the problem. Any suggestions?
